Executive Overview
Mustafa Al Abudib is Chief Financial Officer of LEORON Institute, a leading corporate training and EdTech provider across the EMEA region.
With more than 16 years of leadership experience, Mustafa has held senior finance roles at multinational and international organisations including Beiersdorf, Danone, Johnson & Johnson, Unilever and the Digital Cooperation Organisation.
His career spans Saudi Arabia, the UAE and the wider Middle East and Africa region, where he has led financial transformation, commercial growth and operational improvement across complex, multi-country organisations.
Mustafa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Finance, from the University of Oregon. His experience includes SAP and Oracle Fusion implementations, digital finance transformation, governance frameworks and commercial excellence initiatives.

Mustafa believes finance should enable business growth rather than operate solely as a control function.
Throughout his career, he has partnered with executive teams across FMCG, healthcare, digital commerce and international organisations to improve performance, strengthen governance and support sustainable expansion.
He has led regional finance operations managing P&Ls exceeding €180 million, built teams of more than 20 finance professionals and delivered major ERP transformation projects across 14 countries.
As a Saudi national, Mustafa brings a first-hand understanding of the Kingdom’s economic transformation and the role organisations can play in supporting Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
