Mariana Ignatov is CEO - KSA at LEORON Institute, a leading corporate training and EdTech provider across the EMENA region.
With 12 years at LEORON, Mariana has played a central role in the organisation’s growth and regional expansion. Now based in Saudi Arabia, she leads LEORON’s operations in the Kingdom and oversees a portfolio of more than 400 certified programmes across 17 knowledge areas, supported by over 50 internationally recognised accrediting bodies.
Originally from North Macedonia, Mariana holds a Bachelor’s degree in e-Business and a Master’s degree in Project Management from Saints Cyril and Methodius University. She also holds internationally recognised CIPD qualifications and additional professional certifications.

Mariana has worked across the GCC for many years and moved to Saudi Arabia with her family to lead LEORON’s largest market.
She has worked closely with public and private-sector organisations across the Middle East to strengthen workforce capabilities, develop professional skills and create learning pathways that deliver measurable business impact.
