Lule Bunjaku Karapinar is CEO, GCC Markets and Executive Education at LEORON Institute, a leading corporate training and EdTech provider across the EMENA region.

As one of LEORON’s founding members, Lule has spent more than 17 years helping shape the organisation’s growth, regional presence and development into a leading corporate learning and executive education provider.

She leads LEORON’s commercial strategy across the GCC and oversees its executive education portfolio, working with C-suite leaders, government entities and multinational organisations to strengthen leadership capability, develop talent pipelines and support workforce transformation.

Originally from Skopje, North Macedonia, and of Albanian heritage, Lule holds a BA in Languages, Culture and Communication from the University of SEE. She has also completed executive education at INSEAD, an Executive Mini MBA from the London School of Business and Finance and professional qualifications in change management.

Based in Dubai since 2017, Lule has played a central role in advancing business growth, executive education and workforce development across the GCC.

Her work supports national development agendas, including Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, the UAE’s Projects of the 50, Oman’s Vision 2040 and Kuwait’s Vision 2035.
